Return Policy
Effective from: 28.08.2025
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the goods within 14 days of receipt in accordance with the Law of Obligations Act and the Consumer Protection Act.
1. Right of Withdrawal
1.1. The Buyer has the right to return the goods within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
1.2. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day on which the Buyer or a person designated by them received the goods.
2. Conditions for Returns
2.1. Returned goods must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
2.2. Opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
3. Return Procedure
3.1. To exercise the right of withdrawal, please send a notification to info@innaskincare.com.
3.2. The Seller will provide instructions to the Buyer for returning the goods.
4. Return Costs and Refund
4.1. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Buyer, except when the return is due to the Seller’s error (wrong or defective product).
4.2. Refunds will be issued within 14 days from the date the returned goods are received.
