General Terms and Conditions

Effective from: 28.08.2025

These General Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase and sale agreements concluded between Labelinna OÜ (registry code 14657927, address [specify address], e-mail info@innaskincare.com, phone +37258174008), hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) in the online store www.innaskincare.com.

1. Conclusion of the Contract

1.1. The sales contract is considered concluded from the moment the Seller has confirmed the Buyer’s order by email.

1.2. The contract is concluded in the (?) language.

2. Prices and Payment

2.1. All prices are presented in euros and include VAT (unless otherwise stated).

2.2. Payment for the goods is made by bank transfer to the Seller’s bank account.

2.3. The goods will be dispatched after payment has been received.

3. Delivery

3.1. Goods are delivered within the Republic of Estonia and to other European Union member states.

3.2. The delivery time is generally 3–5 working days from receipt of payment.

3.3. The delivery cost depends on the destination country and the size of the parcel.

3.4. Orders starting from €100 qualify for free delivery

3.5. The Buyer is obliged to provide accurate information for order fulfillment.

4. Claims and Product Quality

4.1. The Seller guarantees that all products comply with applicable quality standards and are safe for use.

4.2. If the Buyer discovers a defect or problem with a product, they must notify the Seller by email within the product’s shelf life from the date of receipt. Claims related to manufacturing defects will be handled by the Seller.

5. Processing of Personal Data

5.1. The Seller processes the Buyer’s personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is available on the website www.innaskincare.com.

6. Liability

6.1. The Seller is not liable for:

• Delays or additional costs arising from incorrect information provided by the Buyer;
  
  
• Delivery delays caused by the transport company or unforeseen circumstances (force majeure).
  
  

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

7.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

7.2. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute will be resolved by the Consumer Disputes Committee or the Harju County Court.

8. Amendments to the Terms

8.1. The Seller has the right to amend the general terms and conditions by publishing the new terms on the website. The amendments shall take effect from the moment of publication.
